Anshan and Rob were a sweet and wonderful couple from back East.  They had a beautiful day and a wonderfully fun color scheme of fuschia and apple green.  Their save the date was SO cute.  We used the adorable cactus artwork from Envelopments.  For their wedding invitation, they chose one of the fabulous new pocket card invitations, which I of course forgot to have Emily photograph.  The natural artwork was created by a talented, graphic artist friend.  Anshan had a mix of girly, fun, happy colors with a natural earthy element.  Enjoy a few photos from their wedding day!

I LOVE creating baby and bridal shower invitations, and when I am helping with the planning, I know that the little extra details make the event even more special.  I started creating these shadow boxes with the invitation and other shower elements in them.  They dress up the guest sign-in or game tables, and they are a great gift to send home with the bride or mom-to-be.  I created these two for baby showers (one was  for my gorgeous nephew), and they are both being used as artwork for the nurseries.

I created this one with pieces of the wedding invitation and her bridal shower invitation.  I had to take a picture of it with my camera phone… not quite as nice as the professional ones… but you get it.

Suzanne and Matt were married at Troon North on a beautiful sunny day.  We created a simple save the date, and then punched up the invitation with a fun patterned pocket from Envelopments.  Andrea with Sedona Cake Couture created the most amazing cake to match the invitation.  It was breathtaking! We also created menus on the same patterned paper, and Suzanne also chose the popular 4×9 wedding program.   Thanks to EME Photography for taking these beautiful shots.  You can see more on her blog!  Also, the day was wonderful thanks to the organization of Sandy Walker (my mom) of In Awe Weddings.  She is the best!

Tasha and Josh were married at Boojum Tree in early December.  Conveniently, Tasha is the event coordinator at Boojum… and since In Awe Weddings does a lot of weddings there, Tasha has become a good friend as well.  Tasha had every detail planned, so my mom helped Tasha the day of so that the event would go flawlessly.  It was a wonderful evening, and all of the guests had tons of fun.  I felt honored not only to assist with the creation of  her invitations, but also to assist that day.  I was so happy to be apart of everything!  Thanks to O’ Grace Photography for providing me with the photos and for capturing the details of their special day!

I’ve had the pleasure of creating quite a few baby shower invitations recently.  Here are a few of my favorite designs.  Some of these were placed in a pocket, but I will hopefully have photos of them in the near future.  I will post the electronic designs for now.
